I first learned of this from my vet (under the brand name, Nolvasan Solution). Its very concentrated so a gallon will last forever, and is safe for use with almost all animals. I volunteer for a rat rescue and I use this to clean the cages.
PROS
Safe, smells great, works great
BEST USES
Cleaning and soaking injured paws or feet to kill germs
CONS
can dry skin on hands a bit

This is an awesome cleaning product. It kills everything from bacteria, viruses, to fungus. I use it to spray down my rat cages and dog crates, and kitty litter box after cleaning to make sure they are sanitized. The value is amazing. It is very concentrated so 1 gallon makes 128 gallons to use. You can't beat that for the cost.
