Chicken Parts; 1/4 Cup Milk Or Water. Directions: 1. Heat Oil In 12-Inch Skillet On Medium-High Heat To 365F. 2. Rinse And Pat Dry Chicken. Pour Seasoning Mix In Large Resealable Plastic Bag.
