The composition of raw materials in parts by weight: 45 parts of stearic acid amide; 6 parts of emulsifier A; 14 parts of emulsifier B; 0.8 part of defoamer; 0.5 part of preservative; 60 parts of water. Described defoamer is selected from polyoxyethylene polyoxypropanolamine ether; described antiseptic is selected from sodium dehydroacetate; described emulsifier A is selected from sorbitan monolaurate; described emulsifier B is prepared by the following method: (1) 11-trans-octadecenoic acid is added dropwise with thionyl chloride, the reaction temperature is controlled to be 55°C, and the reaction is stirred for 4h to obtain 11-trans-octadecenoic acid chloride; ( 2) Add sinapyl alcohol to the acetone solution, then add 11-trans-octadecenoic acid chloride, react at 35° C. for 2 hours, and wash the product to obtain the emulsifier B; 11-trans- The molar ratio of octadecenoic acid and thionyl chloride is 1:1.8; the molar ratio of sinapyl alcohol to 11-trans-octadecenoic acid chloride in step (2) is 1:10.

Stearamide is used as a lubricating release agent for plastics such as polyvinyl chloride and polystyrene, and has excellent external lubricating effect and release performance.

As an anti-blocking agent for polyolefin films, stearamide is usually used in combination with oleamide erucamide.

Compared with the commonly used inorganic anti-blocking agent (silica), stearamide has the characteristic of not affecting the clarity of the product. It is used as an internal mold release agent and lubricant for synthetic rubber or natural rubber, improving rubber processing aids, and imparting good gloss to products.
